•Sensations decreased below T12
•No bowel and bladder disturbances
CT:
•T12 – B/L tranverse process
•L1 – burst # with retopulsion of tiny bony fragment.
•L2 – B/L tranverse process
MRI:
•Burst # D12, L1 L2 with retropulsion of # fragments.
•Spinal cord hematoma from D9 level
•Posterior approach
•PLIF + Decompression + Bone grafting
•Post operative period uneventful
